I purchased this hat as a replacement for a similar Wool Felt Harley Davidson cowboy hat for my husband. After normal wear for a month the felt rubbed off on the front peak. Needless to say we were very disappointed.
My experience has been 100% satisfactory with the company and it's products. The hat fits perfectly, looks great and it feels like a Quality American Made product. I will be ordering again!!!
