Hat arrived in big box & wrapped. Had to shape some but it holds shape. Very comfortable & good looking hat, hopefully will last for some time. Deserves a 5 and worth the buy.

Super happy with this hat! I didn't want to spend a fortune, but still wanted a cool cowboy hat. This was a great purchase! And, it shipped out very fast.

Had to get some cushion for the hat to fit head correctly

Did not like the quality or packaging. The fit was all off even with the same size as other hats ordered. Did not hold any sort of shaping. Felt and looked chaply made. This was a gift and I was embarrassed to have given it.
